Two: Then the processing of shaped foam, what are several ways? In fact, there are three kinds in general, but which is appropriate according to the actual product situation, can not be generalized.

2.1: Die stamping processing molding, this way is to decompose the special-shaped foam drawings or products, compare the height of each place is not necessarily, it is necessary to decompose the same height of stamping, and then different heights of the place in processing, paste or backfill, this kind of process may require several molds, as well as manual bonding, etc. Artificial fitting may have the phenomenon that the fitting is not very smooth and beautiful. 2.2: Fine carving or milling shaped foam processing technology, this kind of process is mainly the use of CNC engraving machine, the product is integrated processing and forming. According to the size of the product drawings, programming, the product drawings are edited into a program that the machine can recognize, and then the CNC engraving machine performs processing operations according to the program. CNC engraving machine has 2 axes, 4 axes, 6 axes, which means that you can do 6 products at the same time, of course, depending on the size of the special-shaped foam processing. 2.3: Now the most common special-shaped foam processing technology on the market is these two, of course, each has its own advantages and disadvantages, mold molding is relatively simple, labor consumption, low cost. CNC engraving or router shaped foam process is more complex, but it looks more high-end, integrated model, but the processing cost is relatively high.
