2.2: Fine carving or milling shaped foam processing technology, this kind of process is mainly the use of CNC engraving machine, the product is integrated processing and forming. According to the size of the product drawings, programming, the product drawings are edited into a program that the machine can recognize, and then the CNC engraving machine performs processing operations according to the program. CNC engraving machine has 2 axes, 4 axes, 6 axes, which means that you can do 6 products at the same time, of course, depending on the size of the special-shaped foam processing. 2.3: Now the most common special-shaped foam processing technology on the market is these two, of course, each has its own advantages and disadvantages, mold molding is relatively simple, labor consumption, low cost.
