1: Since it is foam anti-collision, buffering and other functions, then the hardness of the foam material is required, the general EVA foam is 38 degrees, and the anti-collision strip is generally more than 50 degrees, because it is too soft, the anti-collision effect is not good. The average impact force is thousands of N, tens of thousands of N. So the choice of foam material is very important.

2: Processing technology, because it is collision proof, the general size is relatively large, the longest length of EVA foam is also 1.5*3 meters, if the customer exceeds this size, it is to paste, the paste effect is more important, otherwise a impact, then the foam will split.
